Dr. Hassan Kajee

Dentist

Dr Hassan Kajee was born and raised in Durban. He matriculated from Crawford College, La Lucia and pursued his degree in Dentistry at the University of the Western Cape. Having served his community service in Cape Town – he decided it was time to return home. He began his practice at the former Medicross Hayfields Dental Centre in Pietermaritzburg and ran it successfully for three years before transitioning into Hayfields Dental. He specializes in all aspects of dentistry but has a particular forte for surgical and cosmetic procedures. He has obtained a Postgraduate Qualification in Aesthetic Dentistry.

Dr Anwar Jeewa

Dentist

Doctor Anwar Jeewa, qualified in December 1987 from a prestigious, internationally recognized medical school in South India. Thereafter, returning to South Africa in 1988 and successfully completing the Board exams. I served my two years community service at Lenteguer day clinic in Mitchels Plain, Cape Town, after which I practiced at Hanover Park retreat, a day hospital on the Cape Flatts until 1993.

I then went on to join the Dental Department at Sebokeng Hospital from 1995 for a further two years after which I returned to my hometown, Durban when I joined the very reputable Doctor G Tootla for a number of years. I then joined the Sparksport Pharmacy Group, where I practiced and managed the Dental Department at Broadwalk Medical Centre. I have been practicing in and around Durban for the last fifteen years.

After filling in as a locum dentist in December 2019. I had the opportunity to join the dynamic team at Hayfields Dental in January 2020. I am excited to be a part of this unique and professional band of dentists.

Because of my vast experience, I know that many patients have a fear of dentists and dental treatments, so my priority is to provide a painless, exceptional quality experience with a successful end result.
